NEANDROS Ltd is the engineering arm of Civitel Hotels & Resorts. We have been in charge of all the technical projects of the hotel group having conducted the sum of the renovations and reconstructions at the existing hotels in Greece as well as new projects in the Middle East. Since 2020 we also have been providing our services to the hospitality market.
Office Furniture
Since 2010 NEANDROS Ltd. activities expanded to the area of organization of offices and workspaces, in cooperation with PALIVOS OFFICE CENTER GROUP (P.O.C), mainly with the supply of quality office furniture & seating material, as well as, turn key development and implementation of workspaces.
Renewable Energy Sources
NEANDROS Ltd. has developed since 2005, on behalf of its customers, a substantial number of Wind and Photovoltaic Power Plants, in various sites around Greece.
Currently we are developing Hybrid Power Stations on 14 small Greek Islands, of an overall capacity of 24,4MWp RES (Photovoltaic) & 64,2MWh Storage

Since 2020, the world's leading early wildfire detection system, InsightFD3 & Insight Globe, providing 24/7 protection powered by AI-assisted thermal and smoke detection technology, is present on Greece via NEANDROS Ltd.
